We want you to be fully satisfied with your Quiksilver gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. Whether it is the wrong fit or not the right style, we make the process simple so you can get back to the water or the slopes.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and fix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
